A power meter is a device that measures the power generated during a cyclist’s ride – an essential part of cycling training. The device is mounted on the left arm of the Shimano crankset. ANT + and Bluetooth Low Energy allow you to connect to a wide range of bicycle computers and sports watches. In addition, you can connect INPEAK power measurement with a smartphone and use many applications for data analysis and recording. The use of inertial IMU sensors and data filtering algorithms minimizes the negative impact of vibrations coming from ground unevenness to zero (MTB off-road driving, losses in asphalt, cobble stones). Precise and accurate readings of the generated power regardless of weather conditions are ensured by the automatic ATC temperature compensation mechanism in the range from -5 ° C to + 50 ° C. The meters are waterproof, which ensures reliability in all weather conditions – you don’t have to worry about mud, rain, dust, just ride! Due to the low power consumption, it is rare to replace the battery. Thanks to BLE technology and the INPEAK Manager mobile application, you can wirelessly update the power meters firmware. The devices are manufactured in the EU.

Pomiaru inpeak używam od 2018 roku, zastanawiałem się nad innymi pomiarami, ale zdecydowałem się wesprzeć lokalną firmę. Pomiar przyszedł ładnie zapakowany, z kartą użytkownika, aplikacja bardzo intuicyjna, kalibracja samego pomiaru również, dzięki powiadomieniu o słabym stanie baterii, po którym mamy jeszcze kilka godzin działania, nie zaskoczyła mnie rozładowana bateria na treningu, no chyba że zapomniałem jej wymienić. Obsługa na 5 z plusem, to pasjonaci, którzy nie mają podejścia żeby tylko sprzedać i zapomnieć o kliencie, po intensywnym roku użytkowania chciałem mieć pewność że pomiar się nie rozkalibrował i udało mi się umówić celem sprawdzenia kalibracji, wszystko było w porządku.

Tipp: If your bike computer (or watch) supports ANT+ use it. ANT+ transmits some additional data over Bluetooth. This is no problem of the inpeak product more a feature of ANT+ vs. Bluetooth profile.

Prosty, bezproblemowy miernik mocy, dzięki któremu trening na Zwift stał się możliwy z użyciem zwykłych rolek za paręset złotych. Zamontowany do ramienia mojej korby w ramach usługi custom przyjechał do mnie po paru dniach od wysłania korby. Używam od około 3 lat, tylko w szosie, choć zastanawiam się nad zamontowaniem również w rowerze przełajowym. Świetne narzędzie treningowe w sensownej cenie. A sama ekipa Inpeak wie, co robi, bo sami się ścigają i dobrze im to wychodzi.

Korzystam z pomiaru Inpeak już ponad dwa lata. Przez ten czas nie sprawił on żadnych problemów. Bez problemu łączy się z różnymi licznikami, telefonem i komputerem. Pomiar jest często aktualizowany. Wielkim plusem jest nieduża masa. Jedyna obsługa to wymagana co kilka miesięcy wymiana baterii, bateria kosztuje 2zł. W razie jakichkolwiek pytań producent odpowiada natychmiastowo. Polecam!
